Phil's Trek starts May 6th from Royal Park Melbourne, following in Burke & Wills footsteps to The Gulf of Carpentaria.

This is a fundraiser to support Phil and Susan walk across Australia following the Burke and Wills expedition in 1860.

The Movie

Burke & Wills is a 1985 Australian adventure film directed by Graeme Clifford, starring Jack Thompson and Nigel Havers. 

- The film is based on the ill-fated Burke and Wills expedition across Australia. 

- The film follows Robert O'Hara Burke and William John Wills in their crossing of Australia's interior in 1860-1. 

- This film is rated PG and runs for just over 2 hours. (2.5 hours with intermission)
